Declan said:- " As Employer Engagement Officer for Middlesbrough college I have the pleasure of being able to connect with organisations across the Teesvalley. I was introduced to the MFC Foundation and was so pleased to hear about the amazing work they do. I wanted to get involved to support this so contacted Alan Geddes to see if I could raise money and he suggested I take part in the GNR. as an amateur runner who loves a challenge, I couldn't say no.
James said:- " Adult & Community Learning at Middlesbrough College work in partnership with MFC Foundation to help build better futures for people in the local area. As a member of the team at Middlesbrough College I have experience of seeing the fantastic work the MFC Foundation do in the community on a daily basis working with our participants. It's a privilege to be able to fundraise to support the foundation attached to the club I have supported all my life by running the Great North Run this year, so that they can continue to support people in the most disadvantaged areas of Teesside through the power of sport, education, health, and inclusion projects".
