The foundation leave no stone unturned from free football sessions, knitting, to cooking and dance classes improving participants mental health and well-being is at the forefront of every decision made. Alongside creating amazing relationships with schools and delivering so many programmes that cover all subjects.

I work for MFC Foundation and see first hand the impact that they make within our communities on a daily basis so it was an easy choice to run for them.
