Your chef/tutor for the evening will be on hand to whet your appetite!Over in the intimate setting of the Cookery School, youll be seated ready to discover the magic that goes into a gourmet menu.A Chefs Table offers a unique dining experience that allows you to share the kitchens secret tips and techniques, before being served at the pass.Cookery School tutor Luke Palmer offers a wealth of experience gathered around the world, bringing the experience to life with a vast array of skills and anecdotes to satisfy anyone with a love of food and cooking.Gourmet menus are 5-course, Estate to plate menus, with vegetables (where possible and seasonal) are grown in the neighbouring Walled Garden.
