The organisation was founded in 2011 by Matt Hampson, following an accident that left him with a life-changing injury aged just 20. The Get Busy Living Centre was officially opened in October 2018 by Matt and our patron Mike Tindall and offers an ever increasing range of services. This Includes physiotherapy, personal training, peer support and mentoring, well-being support, adaptive equipment hire, nutritional advice, bladder and bowel management and legal advice.
