RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Please note that unless faulty or damaged, earrings, personalised goods and sale items are non-returnable.
The product(s) you return must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in the original packaging. We do not accept liability for returned goods that have been damaged or lost during transit back to us. Please ensure therefore that you wrap and package the goods thoroughly to avoid any breakages. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service or obtain a certificate of posting when returning your goods.

Send your parcel to Interior Affair 192 High Street, Boston Spa, Wetherby, LS23 6BT enclosing a copy of the attached returns form. Products are returned at your own cost. The delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Replacements or refunds will be given for faulty or damaged goods. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by calling 01937 845 040 or emailing info@interioraffair.co.uk. Follow the returns procedure above and detail on the returns form whether you require an exchange or refund. Your returns costs and original postage costs will also be refunded. We will contact you by email to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.
